StockBlinds strives for perfection, which is why we don’t expect the warranty form to be used much, but we know mistakes happen! In the unlikely event that you feel something is not right with your product, we have you covered! Did we install your blinds & shades?
Having us install your window blinds & shades for you makes warranty requests much easier! Our team takes before and after photos of each window blind install to insure we have your product on record and to help determine your warranty needs should you need it. We take responsibility for our installs. You are covered for the following:
-Lifetime on components and hardware. (See bottom of page for more details.)
-2 years on fabrics and material. (See bottom of page for more details.)
-1 year on general defects in workmanship. (See bottom of page for more details.)
Did you order your blinds online and hired a third party or installed them yourself?
-1 year on components and hardware. (See bottom of page for more details.)
-6 months on fabrics and material. (See bottom of page for more details.)
-6 months on general defects in workmanship. (See bottom of page for more details.)
Did you order your blinds online and leave a review and send us photos?
(leaving a review extends warranty by 6 months, sending us quality photos extends warranty by another 6 months. Review & photos equals 2 years of full warranty)

Components and Hardware
All components and hardware on all custom blinds and shades are covered with StockBlinds limited warranty. In the unlikely event that warranty service is ever needed just contact us using the warranty request form at the top of this page and we will arrange for repair or replacement as quickly as possible. All warranties extend to the original residential retail purchaser and has to be sent in through StockBlinds.
Fabrics
All fabrics on all custom blinds and shades are covered with StockBlinds limited warranty. In the unlikely event that warranty service is ever needed just contact us using the warranty request form at the top of this page and we will arrange for repair or replacement as quickly as possible. All warranties extend to the original residential retail purchaser and has to be sent in through StockBlinds.
-Fabrics may stretch or shrink 0% – 1%.
-There may be slight color variations between dye lots.
-Cupping may occur within 1/8″ tolerance.
-Twisting may occur up to 10 degrees in one direction.
-In time, exposure to sunlight may slightly discolor the fabric. This is not covered by our warranty as this is a natural cause. StockBlinds warrants all fabrics from excessive color change for the period of 1 year.
General
StockBlinds warrants that all custom made blinds and shades will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the period of 1 year, given normal use and provided that the blinds were installed properly in the window, door or other interior area in which they were intended.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, normal wear and tear, and exposure to the elements or a heat source is not covered by our warranty.
StockBlinds’ obligation in the event of a defect covered under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the blinds or components, provided the product is returned to StockBlinds. StockBlinds is not responsible for transportation and/or labor costs involved with returning the product(s) to Stockblinds or reinstallation of the product(s) in the window. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall StockBlinds be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damage or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Any repairs or alterations not approved by StockBlinds make this guarantee null and void.
